Monel K500合金
MonelK500/alloyK500具有與Monel400相當(dāng)?shù)哪臀g性能，但是相比400具有更高的機(jī)械強(qiáng)度和硬度。還有較好的耐熱腐蝕性能和長(zhǎng)期組織穩(wěn)定性。但塑性比其稍有降低，Monel K500 對(duì)比Monel400此合金含有質(zhì)量分?jǐn)?shù)為2.3%~3.15%的鋁AL和0.3%~1.00%的鈦Ti，不同地方加入量有所區(qū)別。

Monel K500 合金主要用于泵軸、葉輪，輸送器刮刀，油鉆環(huán)，強(qiáng)性部件，閥門零部件造紙?jiān)O(shè)備上的刮漿刀片等。
